Code of Conduct:
- We welcome you aboard and wish you a wonderful cruise on our vessel. We want every guest to have a truly enjoyable cruise & island experience. Therefore, please be considerate of your fellow guests while on board.
- Charity Island Transport, Inc. will not tolerate any behavior affecting the comfort, enjoyment, health, safety or well-being of other guests or our crew. Charity Island Transport, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue passage to anyone whom, in our estimation, behaves in a manner which adversely affects the opportunity for others to fully enjoy their cruise experience.
Dinner Cruise Reservation / Cancellation Policies
All reservations will require a credit card or check at least five days prior to departure.
Five days prior to departure your ticket(s) will be processed and printed and your credit card will be debited for the amount of the dinner cruise at that time.
- Cancellations with less than 6 days notice will be assessed 10% handling fee to cover credit card charges
- No refunds for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.
- Right to reschedule with 72 hours notice.
